Sheen wrote on the topic of prayer. The host of the program (Joe McClane) discusses with Al the contents of the book and a little bit of background information about the Venerable Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen. Sheen wrote a great deal about prayer and the importance of developing the "Holy Habit of Prayer". Over the years he produced a number of small prayer books that helped hundreds of thousands of souls. Many of these are included in this anthology. The book is dedicated to St. Joseph in honour of his role in teaching Our Blessed Lord how to pray during his life. St. Joseph was also given the privilege of adoring the Lord, first at Bethlehem and then for many years at Nazareth.
